This Cookie Policy explains how D2r Internet Holdings, LLC uses cookies and similar technologies on RNKD (the “Site”). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy. You can change your choices at any time using the Cookie Preferences control in the footer.

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. We use the term “cookies” broadly to include related technologies such as pixels, tags, software development kits, local storage, web beacons, and device or browser signals. These technologies let a site remember information about your visit.

• Strictly necessary. Required for the Site to function, to keep it secure, and to remember your cookie choices. These cannot be switched off. The consent choice you make is itself stored in a strictly necessary cookie named rnkd_consent. A session cookie is also set while you are filling in the reviewer application or contact form, to protect the form against cross-site request forgery.
• Analytics and performance. Help us understand how visitors use the Site, which pages are read, and how we can improve. Set only with your consent.
• Advertising and targeting. Used to make advertising more relevant, to limit how often you see an ad, to support retargeting, and to measure ad performance. Set only with your consent.
• Functionality. Remember choices and preferences to give you a more personal experience. Set only with your consent.

We are telling you this plainly because it is currently true and easy to check: RNKD does not yet run advertising or analytics, and no third-party tag is loaded on any page. The advertising slots you may see on review pages are unfilled placeholders that request no ad code.

The consent control is installed now so that the moment analytics or advertising is switched on, it is already governed by the choice you have made, rather than being bolted on afterwards. This section will change when that happens, and the “Last updated” date will change with it.

Some cookies are set by us directly (first-party). Others may be set by third parties that provide services to us, such as analytics providers, content delivery networks, and advertising partners. Examples of providers we may use include Google Analytics and Google AdSense. The specific providers may be added or removed over time. Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser. Persistent cookies remain for a set period or until you delete them. Your saved consent choice lasts up to one year, after which we will ask again.
